About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, and a commitment to excellence.
You will have:
- Proven experience in a senior tax role, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand tax legislation and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic and technical tax advice across a range of business activities.
- Strong understanding of tax governance and risk management frameworks, ideally in the context of a listed entity environment.
- Experience managing external advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
- A commitment to fostering a high-performance culture aligned with organisational values
