Key Responsibilities

• Assess commercial loan applications in line with Liberty’s credit policies and relevant legislation.
• Make credit decisions within your delegated authority and escalate exceptions appropriately.
• Maintain high-quality electronic files that exceed audit expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance team performance and cross-functional relationships.

About you

• Experience in commercial credit assessment.
• Strong understanding of lending policies, risk frameworks, and compliance obligations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
