You’ll be joining a team that’s focused on process improvement, automation, and technology enablement across the business. Our teams have high levels of ownership of the problems they’re solving and are encouraged to work directly with internal and external customers to understand the user experience.
Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
Building, enhancing and maintaining our existing automation bots.
Working with an iterative approach whilst validating our learning to ensure we are solving the right problem for our customers
Be part of an autonomous team that owns and supports the entire lifecycle of a bot
Be part of our journey to ensure we’re risk aware while exploring new ways of automation.
Actively participate in all parts of the agile process in a company that truly embraces agile across all departments.
Participating in projects that drive innovation and efficiency across Liberty

You are curious and have an enthusiastic approach to learning on the job
You are interested in using AI and automation
You’re customer obsessed, with a drive to get to the core of the problem to solve
You want to learn how to design and build simple, scalable, and reliable solutions in an enterprise environment
You have some experience in Automation Tools like Power Automate and keen to learn on the job more about building enterprise level bots.
You have heard about things like AI Agents, DevOps, Git, Cursor and want to see them in action
